Although allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HCT) can cure patients with
chemotherapy-refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML), post-HCT relapse remains common
and extremely challenging to resolve. T cell immunotherapy could augment HCT efficacy by
