OBJECTIVE: Multiple myeloma (MM) is an incurable B cell malignancy and novel
therapeutics are urgently needed. Live attenuated measles virus (MV) has potent oncolytic
activity against MM tumor xenografts. The virus is tumor selective and preferentially targets
