A highly sensitive and rapid method for the analysis of isradipine in human plasma using
liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) was developed.
The procedure involves a simple liquid–liquid extraction of isradipine and amlodipine (IS,
