Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by exaggerated keratinocyte
proliferation. Current paradigm indicates that psoriasis is driven by T cell–mediated immune
responses targeting keratinocytes. However, psoriasis cannot be explained solely on the
