Chronic graft vs host disease (GVHD) across minor histocompatibility barriers was produced
in BALB/c mice by the injection of spleen cells from B10. D2 mice. Changes in the skin were
analyzed in frozen sections using a panel of monoclonal antibodies detected by
immunoperoxidase methods. Compared to control animals, a number of changes occurred
