Several distinct phospholipase A 2 s (PLA 2 s) and two cyclooxygenases (COXs) were
transfected, alone or in combination, into human embryonic kidney 293 cells, and their
functional coupling during immediate and delayed prostaglandin (PG)-biosynthetic
