Publisher Summary This chapter discusses several of the most commonly used methods to
determine a protein's quaternary structure and the application of these techniques to
correlate folding and assembly with transport. While studies on membrane proteins will be
emphasized, the techniques are of course applicable to secretory proteins as well. It can be
